Orders usually ship in 1-3 business days after payment is received and processed (usually same or next business day).

Refunds, Returns and Order Cancellation Policies:

There is a 30 day money back guaranty on uninstalled items. Our 1 and 2 yr warranty does not cover damage from high egts, over-boosting, or poor air filtration. There may be a 8% restocking fee depending on reason for return. If within warranty coverage shipping is reimbursed for ground shipping only. Please call or email before your item ships for a no fee cancellation (usually by 3:00pm central next business day if ordered after 4:00pm).

How do I check my order status? You will receive an email with tracking number and order info so you can estimate arrival time plus you can call to check the order status if you prefer.

Is my item foreign made? No, we don't sell foreign made parts unless you prefer it or it's part of a OEM made kit.

Do you build them there? Yes, plus we have a few high quality builders we use also to keep up with high volume periods. Many new items will ship factory direct from manufacturers in the USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping selected.

Returning my core? No core deposit required for new items. Some items are sold with exchange (return your core, no refund) and others require a core deposit. We take care of most core shipping labels and/or pickup requests free of charge. Call for details. NOTE: Return shipping costs are deducted from your deposit refund.
